Four Corners is looking for a talented and ambitious Banquet Chef to aid in the growth of the already burgeoning company. Formed in 2001 with the purchase of Schoolyard, Four Corners has been an industry leader in Chicago for more than a decade. In recent years, the rate of expansion has increased, now coming to a head with three bars opening this year and even more projects planned. The company is looking to add someone to its team who will contribute to the culinary growth, superior service and quality of the product.
Four Corners is looking for a Banquet Chef to oversee all operations of the kitchen. This person will train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities. The Benquet Chef will enhance and control food and labor cost, food preparation, menu development, and pricing and development of culinary team. This person will report to the Culinary Director.
