Formed in 2001 with the purchase of Schoolyard, Four Corners has been an industry leader in Chicago for more than a decade. The extensive portfolio of locations includes a variety of properties ranging from neighborhood pubs to massive sports bars and everything in between. The company is looking to add someone to its team who will contribute to the culinary growth, superior service and quality of the product.
Four Corners Tavern Group is looking for Executive Chef to oversee all operations of the kitchen. This person will train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities. The Executive Chef will enhance and control food and labor cost, food preparation, menu development, and pricing and development of culinary team. This person will report to the Culinary Director.
